    Description

Belladonna is a well-presented 57ft Semi-Traditional Narrowboat, built by the respected Mike Haywood in 1999. Offering a spacious and practical layout with comfortable accommodation for two, she is equally suited to extended cruising, weekend escapes or life afloat. Combining quality craftsmanship with a range of modern upgrades, Belladonna is a boat that is ready to be enjoyed.

One of Belladonna's standout features is her semi-traditional stern, providing the perfect balance between the security of a traditional stern and the social space of a cruiser stern. Fitted with a Titan pram cover, the stern creates a sheltered outdoor area, ideal for cruising in all weather while offering additional usable living space. At the bow, a Titan cratch cover provides further protected seating and storage.

Designed for comfortable off-grid cruising, Belladonna benefits from a Victron inverter, two solar panels, a Sterling battery charger, and a gas instant hot water boiler, giving owners greater independence while exploring the waterways.

Stepping inside from the stern, you'll find a welcoming saloon centred around a charming multi-fuel stove with back boiler, which supplies the radiators throughout the boat, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere during the colder months. The saloon also features a comfortable sofa, fitted corner unit, generous coat cupboard and a dedicated cupboard housing the electrical systems.

Moving forward, the dining area offers a free-standing drop-leaf table and two chairs, providing a versatile space for dining, entertaining or working from the boat.

The galley is both practical and well-equipped with ample under-counter storage, an eye-level oven and grill, separate hob, Smeg fridge and a stainless steel sink with drainer, making meal preparation simple whether you're moored or cruising.

The bathroom is fitted with a bath complete with shower attachment, vanity unit with sink, overhead storage, Morco hot water boiler and a pump-out toilet, providing all the comforts of home.

At the bow, the spacious bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with generous storage beneath, overhead cupboards, reading lights and two large wardrobes, providing excellent storage for extended stays aboard.

Powered by the reliable Beta Marine 37hp engine, Belladonna is built for dependable cruising. With a generous 500-litre water tank, 150-litre fuel tank and 250-litre waste tank, she is well-equipped for longer periods away from marina facilities.

Whether you're looking for a liveaboard, a leisurely cruising boat or a comfortable floating holiday home, Belladonna offers a superb combination of practicality, comfort and traditional narrowboat charm.
